Our fee policy is based on our commitment to being lawyers who act with integrity. This means:
There is no fee for an initial consultation. On rare occasions we may consider charging a consultation fee – but we will let you know before the appointment if that is the case, and you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the appointment.
We work on an agreed fee basis. This means we agree with you on the fee and we will undertake the work in accordance with the agreed fee.
We are committed to our No Surprises Policy, which means the fee is set – it is agreed, which means there are no hidden costs or extra costs.
We will always act honestly in regard to advising you of the fee, this means we will clearly set out the options and the costs associated with each option.
